Pricing questions
What is an event?
A pageview or a custom event, like a signup or a download. Revenue from payments does not count as an event.
What if I go over my event limit?
Nothing is switched off. Pulse keeps collecting and your dashboard stays open. We show a notice in the dashboard at 80% and again at 100% of your events, so you can move up when it suits you.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Sign up, add your script and use everything for 14 days. The 14 days start with your first visit, not on the day you sign up.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for ten months and get twelve. You can switch between monthly and yearly later.
Is the Umami import really free?
Yes, on every plan and during the trial.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your data stays available until the end of the period you paid for.
